Welcome to The Natural Health Advocate, an informational resource guide to holistic health, nutrition, and thought.

Our goal is to explore the correlation between life style, toxic burden, toxic thought and nutritional deficiencies, and the disease process. A state of ill health is merely a symptom of an underlying problem.

Through our articles, newsletters, insights and links, we will attempt to help you, our readers, form the dots with which you can begin to connect and turn into a picture.

Only then, can you begin to unravel the mystery of your health challenge. Some of our views and articles may seem controversial or downright shocking. They WILL challenge accepted standard medical care in most instances.

We don’t expect you to just take our word for it, but we do hope it will fuel your curiosity and stimulate cognitive thought and discussion.

It’s my contention that our medical system is in need of a reboot. When it comes to trauma care, we excel. But in regards to chronic disease, we’re pitiful to barbaric. Our standard treatments do more to further poison and drain vitality from an already frail system. Too many times we look at a specific bodily system without looking at the whole picture.

I also feel that there is a political and financial bias that severely limits our choices to a true and effective healing path. Unfortunately, there’s no profit in cure.

Hopefully this site will serve as a wakeup call to those who visit it, and make you question your beliefs and help you gain insight, courage and empowerment.

We encourage all readers, including the health care professionals, to ask yourself a few important questions.

  • Do our current treatments foster detoxification and repair?
  • Do they replenish the nutrients, enzymes, and cellular growth of the body, or do attempt to poison, cut and burn the offending pathogens at the expense of healthy cells and tissues?
  • If medical establishments were cutting edge, would they REALLY give a recovering patient JELLO? That’s the furthest thing from healing nutrition as you can get.

We spend more money per capita on “health care” than any other country in the industrialized world, yet rank 2nd from the BOTTOM overall. That’s sad, just like our Standard American Diet. It’s high time we stop bending to corporate interests, burying our heads in the sand, and start taking some responsibility for ourselves. So buckle up and get ready to explore the future.
